We welcome applications from volunteers who are confident and capable, and able to work alongside our team of experienced support staff to help deliver the day‑to‑day activities we offer and ensure a positive experience for the individuals we support.
Volunteering at Heathfield Farm is an active role, and volunteers should feel comfortable working with a degree of independence, following staff guidance, and supporting attendees as part of the team. For this reason, volunteering is most suitable for individuals who feel confident offering support. Those seeking a more structured or supported experience may find a paid placement more appropriate.
We also welcome volunteers who prefer to work more autonomously and can help with tasks such as general grounds and site maintenance, or website support.
